The Yale School of Medicine, Department of Surgery, Division of Vascular Surgery and Endovascular Therapy is seeking a board-eligible or board-certified vascular surgeon for a full-time faculty position at the Assistant Professor level.
We are seeking a vascular surgeon with a strong commitment to clinical excellence, academic inquiry, and the education of future surgeons. The successful candidate will join a nationally recognized and collegial team providing comprehensive vascular and endovascular care across the Yale New Haven Health System.
Responsibilities include:
Providing the full spectrum of open and endovascular vascular surgery care in both inpatient and outpatient settings
Participating in and contributing to the education of medical students, residents, and vascular fellows
Engaging in clinical research, quality improvement, and academic activities aligned with the mission of the Department of Surgery.
Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to advance innovation and excellence in patient care.
Qualifications:
MD or equivalent degree
Board eligible or certified in Vascular Surgery
Eligibility for medical licensure in the State of Connecticut
Demonstrated commitment to teaching, clinical scholarship, and academic advancement
